Step 1: Visit Office.com/setup

  • This typically looks like: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

Step 2: Sign In to Your Microsoft Account

  • After entering the product key, sign in using your existing Microsoft account, or create a new one if needed. This account will be tied to your Office license, so you can reinstall Office later if necessary without another purchase.

Step 3: Download Office 365
